We also provide high quality aftercare for your dentures. The information below can be used as a basic guide to looking after your dentures. If your dentures become damaged in anyway they should be professionally repaired immediately; by trying to repair them yourself you'll further damage them, especially if you use superglue, scissors, knifes etc. Damaged dentures will cause pain in your mouth.

Some basic guidance for looking after your denture is:

• Brush, soak, brush to clean
• Clean your dentures over a bowl of water or a towel in case you drop them.
• Brush your dentures before soaking, to help remove any remaining food.
• Use effervescent denture cleaner to help remove stubborn stains.
• Clean all the surfaces of your denture, including the surface which comes into contact with your gums.
